    Greetings All,

As previously mentioned, my name is Treveon Murdock. I am a third-year educator in/from Houston, Texas (YES Prep Public Schools). I currently educate students in the following courses: HS Biology, Criminal Justice, and Forensic Science (all separate classes). I am on a mission to reach high goals this year! The aforementioned is one of the many reasons why I subscribed to this service. Other reasons include additional options to carry out mini-labs (in between teaching concepts), tips and/or advice that would enhance my ability to reach all learners within my classroom, and to view lesson plans that would inspire me to restructure how my lesson plans are constructed.

Any questions? Feel free to ask away!

    Best Regards,

    Treveon J. Murdock, MA

    Treveon,
First, I hope all is well in Houston with you and your community. Our school here in PA is actual “adopting a school” and fillings truck with school supplies to send to Houston. You and your community are in our thoughts.

Like you I am also teaching a variation of forensic science through the PLTW pathway (Principles of Biomedical Science). I love it, however it is an immense amount of work. I hope this curriculum offers you a reprieve from your work load and I am excited to work with you. I already know you are an advocate for your students and your teaching craft and I look forward to working with you to build this community to serve teachers for years to come. Thanks for being a “grass roots” founding member!

You’re certainly welcome! Thank you for (1) your ingenious idea to compose such an incredibly resourceful platform and (2) your thoughts and empathy as we rebuild Houston. #hoUStonSTRONG
